Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market Certfee's leadership and management courses to individuals, groups, churches, and companies.

• Identify and generate new business leads and develop them into paying clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, corporate clients, and strategic partners.

• Follow up on leads, negotiate training opportunities, and close sales.

• Develop marketing strategies to increase course enrolment and corporate training bookings.

• Identify opportunities for partnerships with organisations seeking professional development and staff training.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

• Previous experience in the training, education, or professional development industry is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and meet sales targets.

• A proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented approach to work.
